Warm Ginger and Lemon Sips to Try at Home
Ginger and lemon taste great together. Here are four easy sips, each ready in about five minutes.

A good pair
Ginger is spicy and warming. Lemon is bright and tart. Both are in BreathiZen, so they are fun to try in your own kitchen.
Four sips
- The classic mug. Steep four thin slices of ginger in hot water for five minutes, then stir in lemon juice and a little honey.
- Bubbly iced glass. Pour cooled ginger tea over ice, top with sparkling water and add a lemon wheel.
- Plain warm lemon. Squeeze half a lemon into warm water and add one coin of ginger.
- Chilled jug. Drop sliced ginger and lemon into a jug of water and chill for a few hours.
Make it a ritual
A warm mug in the evening is a good cue. Follow it with four pumps of BreathiZen and you have a calm two-step routine.*
